Classify products independently according to the Harmonized System (HS) and the Electronic Customs Tariff (EZT) and maintain the tariff numbers in the ERP system Perform export control checks and monitor them (e.g. dual use, embargoes, lists of goods, final disclosures) Support the implementation and compliance of national and international export regulations (e.g. EU/US law) Manage supplier declarations, edit request confirmations as well as initial notes and create Intrastat notifications Take self-control import to ensure customs compliance Check freight bills and take over the monitoring and complaint management Work closely with internal departments, external partners and authorities and support internal and external audits in the field of external trade

Completed vocational training as an industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman, alternative training in the field of export control or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in foreign trade and export control desirable Knowledge of national and international customs and export controls Safe handling of MS Office; ideally experience with ERP systems such as SAP Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured Operation Communication strength, team capacity, flexibility and enforcement capability
