IT Application Manager für Digitale Enabler (RPA & Camunda) (m/f/d)

Control of the use cases of digital enablers RPA and Camunda throughout the LBBW as well as active participation in the digitization and automation of business processes and their further development Coordination of several areas of expertise in the further development of the use cases, balancing different requirements and combining them into sustainable, standardized solutions Link between the IT Application Management of the RPA/Camunda platform (organization of the processes) and the departments (technical implementation of the processes) with the aim of ensuring clarity, decisions and smooth processes through addressable communication and enforcement strength Use of new technologies and modern automation approaches to actively advance process digitalization in LBBW Establishment and maintenance of a close network to contact persons in IT and departments and joint action as a well-established team, in particular for updates, bug fixes and optimizations Ensure that the supervised Use Cases meet all regulatory, process and safety requirements Bringing ideas into exciting projects and continuously contributing to the further development of LBBW Planning, coordination and support of releases for specialist processes in RPA and Camunda from coordination with specialist areas and platform IT through tests and decreases to the go-live, including a view of the impact on surrounding processes and ensuring a stable, smooth operation after the release Compilation of all relevant documents, coordination with participating interfaces and accompaniment by the necessary voting and acceptance processes and regular updating of existing documents to ensure a complete, audit-proof inventory documentation of the use cases

Completed study of (economic)sciences or equivalent qualification experience in the analysis, modelling and optimization of business processes, ideally based on BPMN; Ability to structure complex processes clearly, identify automation potentials and translate them into feasible requirements for RPA and Camunda solutions Overarching knowledge and experience in application management and in controlling internal and external service providers as well as in cooperation with external providers and in agile project work Impressive capacity for targeted communication as well as high cooperation skills and persuasiveness within and outside its own organization independent, independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods; strongly pronounced analytical and conceptual skills as well as very good abstraction capacity and willingness to go the extra mile Good knowledge of English Experience in working in an agile environment and appropriate approach and mindset Great pleasure in working in the team and motivation to actively shape the future of process digitalization
