Examination and regulation of Kasko damage cases Responsibility for the entire regulatory process Damage management & independent and efficient damage management Self-formally correct communication & management of damages Telephone care of customers as well as employees of the partner car houses regarding the handling of damages Advising the field staff and the TVD Working with special tasks and projects in the field of damage

Completed training to the insurance businessman or a comparable completed vocational training Professional experience in motor vehicle insurance and very good expertise Willingness to continue long-term qualification Strong customer and target orientation High social competence Excellent communicative skills and fluent knowledge of German are assumed, good English skills are desirable
