As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. For more than 150 locations, the Service Center Fritzlar ensures decentralized service provision and permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT.

Acquisition, analysis and troubleshooting in the PC, telephony and LAN/WAN infrastructure via ticket system

Implementation and coordination of moving orders, in particular for IT and TK jobs

Support of central operating units on site (second-level support), as a direct contact person of the users (“BWI View”)

Ensuring compliance with predetermined reaction and suppression times and participation in call readiness services in the defined turnus

Working in projects to further develop and adapt IT infrastructure

Implementation of DGUV V3 tests

Complete, structured documentation of all activities in the tools and systems used

Complete IT-related vocational training (e.g. IT-system electronics) or comparable qualification with experience in the field of public authorities

At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, TK or networking

Knowledge gained in handling ticket systems and ITIL-based IT processes

Impressed communication skills, target orientation and high care and conscience

Organisational strength, initiative and safe occurrence in dealing with customers

Frustration tolerance in challenging situations as well as team skills and responsibility

German language skills in word and writing

Driving licence Class B and high mobility readiness
