As a team leader Datacenter Network, you assume the end-to-end responsibility for central network platforms in the global data centers. You combine classic infrastructure management with modern service ownership and product ownership principles to provide stable, secure and scalable network services. You are responsible for both service quality, technological development and economic management of the network platforms and ensure that You are provided as standardised, consumeable infrastructure services in the Data Center.

End-to-end responsibility for service quality, stability and further development of network services Definition and maintenance of the service portfolio and service catalog for Datacenter Networking Control of services using KPIs, SLAs, SLOs and Service Performance Metrics Ensuring Operational Excellence through KPI-based Performance Management and Service Quality Metrics Responsibility for capacity planning, Network Performance Monitoring and Incident Management to ensure continuous service availability Definition and implementation of the strategic roadmap for Datacenter Networking and Network Security, coordinated with Enterprise Architecture and IT strategy Assessment of new technologies and platforms to improve performance, scalability and automation Responsibility for Budget Planning, Cost Control and Investment Planning for Datacenter Network Services

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) computer science or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of network technology and experience in a leading or leading technical position Detectional experience in managing large data center network environments (Cisco, Arista, Juniper etc.) Knowledge of network security technologies (Firewalls, Segmentation, NAC, IDS/IPS) Experience with SDN, automation, scripting (Python, Ansible) and infrastructure as code of advantage Knowledge of ITIL processes, ISO 27001 and compliance frameworks Confidence with hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS, VMWare) Ability to convey complex technical concepts to different stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
