Customer consulting & dialogue acceptance: You can advise customers directly on the vehicle competently and define precise repair volumes. Diagnostics & order management: You can carry out sound vehicle diagnostics and create orders independently. Date and team coordination: Together with the workshop management, you control the schedule and ensure optimal team utilization. Interface function: You act as a central contact person and guarantee a timely delivery. Training & Leadership: You can train junior staff and have the chance to develop yourself as the manager of the branch.

Complete technical training (e.g. KFZ mechatronics) or experience in KFZ service area. Master's letter driving licence class B You can control the processes of KFZ maintenance safely and remain structured as an organizational institution even at a high pace. You are strong in communication, flexible and bring German knowledge to C1 level.
