You secure the political interests of BARMER externally as well as internally in the regional representation area. In addition, you develop country-specific health and care positions. The implementation of political campaigns is also part of your task. You maintain contacts with stakeholders and associations with social and health impact. You actively participate in networks and contribute to the development of opinions in business, politics and society. You are also responsible for contacting and maintaining political leaders and institutional stakeholders. You organize and design health events under years of age.

You have completed a degree in political or human sciences or a comparable degree course. Their interest in health and social policy developments is strong. You are familiar with communal and agricultural structures, processes in the national parliament and know relevant institutions and actors. You have basic knowledge of public relations.
