Analysis and continuous technical, economic and energetic optimization of our plants at the Freiburg site Regular monitoring of plant operation and further development in close coordination with operation and asset management Ensuring and continuous improvement of the quality and cost of assigned asset operations Joint responsibility for asset management in the team Independently responsible planning and implementation of projects in existing plants as well as in district heating systems with a project volume up to approx. 500 EUR Management and coordination of external project participants and service providers (m/w/d) during the planning and implementation phase Analysis and understanding of existing composite control systems and their functions in plant operation

Experience in the technical, economic or energy environment, ideally with completed technical studies or a comparable qualification High level of commitment and motivation to actively promote decarbonisation and energy transition – through the support and optimization of local, climate-friendly energy systems knowledge of the energy industry and of the MSR technology; Terms such as work, performance, efficiency and primary energy factor belong to your daily craftsmanship Safety in handling hydraulic circuits in heating units Embossed analytical skills, strategic thinking and the ability to quickly capture complex relationships Communication strength, enforcement ability and experience in stakeholder management Team spirit, sense of responsibility and willingness to design Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2)
