Advisor for committee coordination, standardization and telecommunications surveillance law (m/f/d)

You are responsible for controlling ZITiS' activities in the technical standardization of information and communication technology (ICT). You guide the ZITiS ICT Coordination Centre. You coordinate the cooperation of ZITiS with other German and foreign (security) authorities in ICT standardization. You define strategic goals and priorities of ZITiS in ICT standardization. You are responsible for recognizing early developments in ICT standardisation relevant to the German security authorities and for their implementation at national level, both technically and legislatively. You support the Head of Units and Business Units in the legal assessment of developments in ICT standardisation and telecommunications monitoring (TKÜ) and participate in the design of legislative projects. You represent the ZITiS in national and international bodies of ICT standardisation and federal cooperation. You represent your topic within the unit and the ZITiS.

completed scientific studies (Master/ Diploma univ.) in the field of administrative sciences, law, IT management or in the STEM subjects or comparable or (w/m/d) in the higher administration service; or officials in the high-ranking service (Bund), who have a completed scientific study (Master/ Diploma univ.). Further requirements for the promotion of the higher career are necessary (§ 24 BLV) at least: five years of professional experience in the above mentioned or comparable field of work; and proven experience in committee work (e.g. federal state bodies, standardization bodies, etc.) or comparable activities which are coordinated with demand providers or customers require, or another conceptual organizational activity; and very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing (from B2 = good; from C1 = very good) OF PRESENT: Experience in the general presentation of complex facts, including using various tools and techniques good knowledge of the legal framework of the TKÜ in Germany (TKG, TKÜV, StPO, regulatory laws) Knowledge of strategy development, especially in technical and legal terms Professional experience in an international working environment Professional experience in cooperation with safety authorities English knowledge of C1 level You have a high level of responsibility and service orientation You show your own initiative and willingness to learn Willingness to carry out medium-term planned national and international missions, about 1 – 2 times a month
