Operations Manager (m/w/d)

You take over the overall coordination for all technical requirements of the setups operated for your customers You act as an indispensable link between customers, our operating teams and IT Service Management You check change requests and control the technical documentation on topicality and completeness You advise your customers to further develop their IT landscape with a focus on innovation and efficiency enhancement You guide Technical Review Meetings and Change Advisory Boards and support operational risk and information security management For critical disorders, you act as an escalation entity and assists in finding sustainable solutions

(m/w/d), studies in computer science or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in ITIL management, preferably in coordinating roles (colocation, managed or application services) Advanced knowledge in the operation of heterogeneous environments (Linux/Windows) as well as sound experience in virtualization, storage, backup, network and firewall Precise formulation and moderation of technical facts against technology experts and at management level Experience in handling requirements of financial supervision or contracting entities German and English knowledge in word and writing
