That's the point: • Accompanying and supporting families in the context of the assistance for education in accordance with §27 SGB VIII – in particular through social pedagogical family support and educational assistance • Valuable, resource-oriented cooperation with children, young people and their families • Targeted work on the basis of jointly developed aid plans • Trustful and close cooperation with the General Social Service (ASD) • Planning and implementation of group offerings – both within the framework of education and preventive assistance • Possibility to co-design and implement your own preventive project ideas • Technical documentation of the work and preparation of reports
