You are responsible for the acceptance and verification of customer orders from EU and third countries You are responsible for the processing of customer orders in our goods management system (per Alpha) You transfer the tracking of customer order to delivery You take care of monitoring and ensuring the availability of goods You are responsible for the close communication with Intercompany companies You accept the processing of complaints or the processing of complaints You work as an interface closely with Intercompany units, purchasing, customs department and warehouse

You have a completed commercial training (e.g. as a merchant for office management) or a comparable qualification You have basic knowledge of foreign trade You are fit in the MS Office applications, especially in Word and Excel You think economically and work independently You characterize a good communication skills in German and English in word and writing You are resilient, team-oriented and have a good organizational skills Teamability, problem solving and a high level of commitment characterize you
