We are looking for: For our well-known customers from the metal industry, we are looking for a production employee final production (m/w/d) at the Ennepetal site.

Your tasks:

• Conducting eddy current tests and magnetization of forging parts using modern testing technology
• Implementation of crack tests and optical controls under UV light
• Testing and evaluation of the surface quality of forging parts
• Measuring, straightening and possibly centering forging parts
• Finishing of forging parts by grinding with belt grinders, angle grinders and grinding wheels
• Documentation and compliance with predetermined quality standards
• Ensuring proper and safe workflow

Your profile:

• First experience in quality testing, metalworking or comparable technical activity is desirable, but no condition
• knowledge of eddy current testing, magnetic powder testing or comparable testing methods are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
• Technical understanding and interest in working with metal components
• Careful, reliable and quality-conscious operation
• Ready to work in the 3-shift system
• Team skills and responsibility
• Designed transverse beginners are also welcome
