Responsibility for the global project purchase of construction, project management and planning services for new construction and reconstruction projects in cooperation with internal specialist departments, project managers, general planners and project taxers

Creation of market analyses on regional and EU providers

Conception and implementation of tenders and evaluation of offers

Self-responsible negotiation and award of construction services

Takeover of tasks of contract management

Responsibility for reporting the awards

Promoting supplier management

Development of project assignment strategies

Defending Subsequents and Claims (Claim Management)

Takeover of category management for individual groups

A successfully completed study in civil engineering, construction management or comparable

Multiannual relevant professional experience in building performance purchase

Technical and commercial competence or corresponding professional experience in the real estate and construction industry

Knowledge in the national contract law, the HOAI and the VOB

High analytical skills and an independent, proactive method

Sovereign and confident appearance as well as very pronounced team and communication skills and negotiation skills
