- Supporting a defined international supplier portfolio in the field of equipment (transnational civil and military)
- Secured delivery (equipment, parts and material) regarding OTD, OTQ and TAT
- Continuous improvement of the supplier's industrial performance based on KPI ́s (OTD, OTQ, TAT) through the systematic application of improvement processes and tools (IPCA, SQIP, CCP, etc.)
- Application of the Industrial Risk Management Process at Suppliers with regard to Capacity and Capability
