An internship in the technical building operation of tomorrow at Mercedes-Benz is more than just an insight into technical processes – it is the direct access to the world of state-of-the-art vehicle technology and industrial precision. Here, where innovation meets tradition, dedicated teams ensure that production facilities work smoothly and highest quality standards are complied with. As part of the team in maintenance, which combines two central focuses: maintenance/optimization and redesign of plants and industrial halls! You will be actively involved in the development and implementation of pioneering technologies – in particular in the core fields: Technical building equipment, factory planning & coordination of supplier management.

Your tasks: Project work: You work in ongoing and new projects and run through all phases that a good project manager needs of major projects

Layout planning & area concepts: You actively participate in the design of modern production areas and help develop efficient and future-oriented layouts

Optimization of systems & processes: You go to track search for improvement potentials and contribute to making processes even smarter and more powerful

Control of external service providers: You will get insights into the coordination of partners and experience how professional cooperation works

Interfaces & Areas: You look beyond the edge of the plate and discover how different departments perfectly interlock
