Callcenter Agents (m/w/d)

Our customer is an owner-guided contact center with a total of approx. 2,800 employees at 11 locations, including 6 in Germany. The Recklinghausen contact centre processes a wide range of customer requests from different industries. Special communication strategies are developed, ranging from classic inbound telephony to 24/7 chat support. Many well-known brands are among the well-known companies that belong to the customer circle. Recklinghausen has about 300 employees.

• Inbound and outbound telephony (telephone consulting and telephone sales) - customer support and consulting - performing various commercial activities - support in central functions (personal, IT, purchasing, etc.)

• Joy in handling customers - communication strength and team skills - experience in the call center area of advantage, but not absolutely necessary - Basic knowledge in MS Office
