The Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) is the largest university in Baden-Württemberg with around 33,000 students at nine study academies and three campuses as well as the Center for Advanced Studies. Together with 9,000 selected companies as well as social and health-related facilities, DHBW provides an excellently qualified specialist and managerial growth in the fields of business, technology, social and health. Since 1 January 2023 it has been part of the dual European University EU4Dual. The management of the Baden-Württemberg dual university, based in the heart of Stuttgart, takes over central tasks in university administration, academic affairs and IT services. In this function, you support and advise the study academies of the DHBW in matters of predominantly employment law, but also labour law, you deal with basic human rights issues, check individual cases and work in high-level work and project groups. A change in the area of responsibility is reserved.

The body requires a degree in law and the successful completion of the second legal state examination. You may already have professional experience in the field of human rights and are ideally familiar with the structures of a university administration. However, the job is also suitable for professional beginners. You are characterized by an independent and responsible way of working and, in addition to a very good written and oral expressiveness, have a quick understanding. Communication strength, a high team capacity and the ability to conceptual work complete your profile.
