Tax Advisory Assistant - Structuring Consulting / Participation in Mandates (m/f/d)

You work on exciting mandates and gain intensive experience in design consulting You support restructuring and follow-up projects and help to optimally set up companies for future generations You create applications for binding information and well-founded file notes to minimize tax risks You answer current enquiries, analyze tax issues and deliver sound solutions to numerous challenges that vary according to the size of the company, industry and business model You create tax returns and e-bilancies for corporations and foundations to ensure a legally secure and tax-optimized listing of our clients:

You have successfully completed your studies with the focus on taxes or are close to completion, or you have another suitable qualification with deep tax expertise, e.g. as a tax specialist:r (m/w/d) with additional training You ideally bring professional experience, even if it is not mandatory You have basic principles of corporate tax law, conversion tax law and/or inheritance and donation tax law You have points of contact with tax design advice You possess analytical skills and secure handling of tax tools as well as very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Office 365) You are ready to learn and willing to work on complex tax issues and continue to develop, and you have a precise and systematic approach to demanding tax analyses and designs

Mandates, how to find them only in large-scale firms - you are working on challenging projects relating to restructuring, corporate succession and family foundations as well as questions from all areas of corporate tax law - at a professional level that is exceptional even for experienced tax advisors in large-scale firms. Training on the job with direct mandate participation - you are working actively from the outset – whether with binding information, tax-optimized design concepts or the creation of various corporate tax returns. Your learning curve is steep, your tasks are versatile. Ideal preparation for tax consultant exams, in the real mandate context - you do not learn abstractly, but directly in real cases from design consulting and corporate tax practice. So prepare for the tax advisor exam in practice – with topics that correspond to the test material. In addition, you will receive 2 months of paid special leave plus exemption according to individual wishes for exam preparation.
