Maintenance Planner (m/f/d)

The maintenance and maintenance team (Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team or RME team) is of fundamental importance for our operation – ensuring that our technical systems and systems work continuously. As a maintenance planner:in this central part of our large EU-wide working team, you are leading in all discussions on the technologies used in our warehouses and supply networks. You will keep in mind all relevant key figures necessary to optimize processes within the maintenance team. You work locally in one of our logistics centers, bear the responsibility for the management of assets and plan preventive maintenance. You carry out in-depth analyses of our logistical performance, set high standards and optimize existing devices. In close cooperation with the technical team at the site, you ensure that maintenance and repair orders from machine components to entire systems are processed according to their priority. In collaboration with other members of our EU-wide network, you are constantly looking for new, innovative ways to increase efficiency. Our maintenance and maintenance team (Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team or RME team) ensures that our devices and equipment work optimally at any time. We are a team of technicians:inside and engineer:inside, which consists of excellent team players and is led by experienced managers. We work together to maintain, repair and troubleshoot the devices in our entire global network of filling centers. Some of our employees are executives who supervise the team at work on exciting, innovative technology – which is partly only available at Amazon. From the installation of automated packaging systems to the supervision of the general maintenance work of a site, as well as the repair of equipment essential to the distribution, our team is developing a large number of technical tasks at Amazon. Among other things, it also ensures that buildings continue to comply with the legal requirements, so that everyone stays safe and our locations are operated with maximum efficiency. There are numerous opportunities to climb in the RME team as well as in the entire Amazon company. All our activities are designed to reduce the downtime at Amazon's most important operating locations so that customers receive their orders in time. We often work early in the morning, late in the evening or in the night shift to carry out maintenance work with the lowest possible disturbances. If we find a better way to do a specific task, we have the skills and opportunities to introduce completely new processes or groundbreaking technology such as Amazon Robotics or our Complex Item Varietor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience in planning, timing and verification of maintenance
• Relevant experience in handling CMMS software
• Relevant experience in the management of spare parts bearings
• Relevant experience in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced English in Word and Writing PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree of study, preferably in a technical field or in business
• Experience in Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Platform
• Experience with the processes required to introduce a new CMMS system
