WHAT? Development, implementation and maintenance of security policies and procedures Monitoring of security systems such as video surveillance (CCTV), access controls and alarm systems Conducting regular security checks and risk assessments Management and deployment planning of security personnel including training Coordination with police and emergency services as required Investigation of security incidents and preparation of corresponding reports Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and protection rules Cooperation with the warehouse management to optimize safety measures taking into account a smooth operation

WHAT? Complete training in the commercial sector or in the field of safety Multiannual professional experience in safety management, ideal in the field of logistics or warehouses Knowledge of safety systems, occupational safety and risk management Embossed leadership qualities and experience in team leadership Extremely high trustworthiness, sense of responsibility and communication strength Ability to act according to the situation even under pressure and to quickly process security incidents Safe handling of the entire MS Office package, certifications such as CCP or PSP Very good German and good English skills
