Temporary Assistant - Institute of Hygiene and Public Health (m/f/d)

At the Institute for Hygiene and Public Health of the University Hospital of Bonn, the following place is to be placed in parttime (max. 9 hours/week) at the 01.02.2026:

The place shall be occupied without delay.

Your tasks:

• Presence during the predetermined times of the vaccination hour (Mondays from about 13:00-17:30 + Friday from approx. 08:30 -13:00 am)
• Preparation of the premises (disinfection of the surfaces, lift up PC, maps etc.)
• Support in the collection of patients and documentation of vaccinations carried out (EDV, vaccination ID)
• Preparation of vaccines
• inventory detection as required (vaccinations, medical devices, disinfectants etc.)

Your profile:

• A friendly and open appearance
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Dealing with MS Office programs and good writeability
• Good knowledge of German
• Prior knowledge in the field of medical vaccination
