Civil Engineer - Formwork Technology / Calculation (m/f/d)

You create technically sound and economically attractive formwork offers based on customers:innen-LV's or own LV's You analyze construction projects and develop suitable formwork and application concepts You calculate preliminary quantities, schedules and prices You're planning and developing price databases as well as other costing tools You identify optimization potentials for formwork solutions and construction processes You work closely with sales and technology and contribute significantly to project success

You have a successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, construction management, industrial engineering (focus on construction) or a comparable subject You alternatively have a completed training in the construction industry (e.g. Bauzeichner:in, Beton- und Stahlbetonbauer:in) with subsequent further training to the state-tested technician (m/w/d) in the field of construction technology or to the master (m/w/d) You are also welcome with comparable technical or commercial technical training and multi-year professional experience in construction Ideally, you have professional experience in the construction industry, preferably in the formwork, concrete or construction subcontracting industry, and have experience in technical costing, supply processing or project processing You have a technical understanding of construction processes, formwork technology and raw constructions and an understanding of the requirements and challenges at the construction site You have experience in handling performance directories and technical tender documents and are safe to handle Microsoft 365
