In the Financial Advisory - Regional Bank Consulting area, do you want to accompany the leaders and decision-makers of regional financial groups in solving highly complex issues? As a consultant for regional banks (m/w/d), you can help with the qualitative consulting of individual regional banks and their affiliates to the level of the association - and thus contribute to developing complex structures and processes with our customers. Hands-on entry: From the beginning you work on projects, for example in the preparation, implementation and documentation of interviews or workshops (often on site with the customer). Early Responsibility: Depending on the experience and knowledge, you take self-responsibility packages in cooperation with our experienced consultants:inside. Wide-view and detail-sinn: You work with analysis of the strategic positioning or partial aspects of the regional banks in (over) regional and digital competition. Strength of the future: you accompany the focus on sustainability, green financing, ESG criteria, and sustainability strategies with fact-oriented presentations. (Digital) Transformation: In the optimization at the entire house level or specifically in staff, production and sales areas - with a view to digital transformation - you support.

Master's degree in Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Engineering or Mathematics completed with very good success High interest in the financial services industry, ideally supported by bank training, first practical experience or specialized subjects in studies Joy in solving challenging tasks with business, technical and sometimes legal background Team spirit, independence, pleasure in complex tasks, customer orientation, safe occurrence, paired with creativity, wit and commitment as well as very good MS Office skills High readiness (min. 75%) as well as German and English very well in word and writing
