You are responsible for the process of EU-Taxonomy and Sustainability Report reimbursement and work closely with our Sustainability team. You guarantee compliance with legal requirements – EU-Taxonomy and CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). You know about the monthly group reporting and tax the financial processes in the central holding areas. Furthermore, you plan and manage forecasts at group and headquarters level – with a special focus on free cash flow and balance sheet figures. You continuously develop our controlling instruments, KPI systems and reporting processes to optimize the management of business processes. In addition, you are responsible for the cost center analysis and control at the headquarters, perform regular target-actual comparisons, analyze deviations and start ad-hoc evaluations.

Successfully completed studies in economics with a focus on finance, controlling and Accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling – ideally in the international corporate environment routine with common controlling methods, financial analyses and the application of modern reporting tools, interest in sustainability and ESG topics as well as, at best, first knowledge of ESG key figures, CSRD and EU taxonomy Very good knowledge of German and English Analytical thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working and motivation to take responsibility Communication strength, sovereign appearance and desire for teamwork
