(Junior) IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) IT service manager (all genders), you will be given the opportunity to independently take over the following tasks by extensive integration, close cooperation with our service managers and training courses: You act as a link between our customers and our delivery teams (servers, network, AD, clients, service desk, SAP AMS, cloud etc.) You are responsible for compliance with the contractually agreed performance promises to these customers From the supply process, the project phases to the operating services: You coordinate all customer requirements and tax the participating internal and external units You also monitor the customer's SLA and KPI's as well as initial reporting and evaluations You define and optimize ITIL processes and tune them with customers You also control the escalation management for the services you are responsible for
