Become our colleague or colleague at the Backnanger workshops of Paulinenpflege in Backnang / Winnenden. You lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of 20 people at eye level and bear the technical and strategic responsibility You are responsible for the service planning, controlling the staff and coordinating the recordings The future-oriented development of the pedagogical concept of our funding groups is part of your task You work closely with the workshop management, the social service and other specialist departments to ensure holistic support concepts You represent the support group in internal and external management circles and actively participate in cross-device working groups on quality development and assurance You form the communicative interface with relatives, legal supervisors and internal departments and, if necessary, also perform tasks in the group everyday

A completed study of social work/healing education (B.C. or MA) or a comparable university degree or a completed educational training, ideally as a curative nurse, medical education or work educator Relevant professional experience in a support group for people with disabilities First leadership experience in a comparable activity is very desirable – we are mainly looking for a sense of decision, empathy and organizational talent. A person-centric understanding of work and a positive attitude towards inclusion and participation Joy in working with people with disabilities and respectful handling at eye level
