You take over the operational sales and earnings responsibility of your audit body using the available information and management systems. You are responsible for the proper execution and compliance with processes and communicated key figures. Daily cooperation in the operational test business at the test site. Perception of the employer's duty to provide care to the staff at the inspection centre and professional management. Ensuring customer support, including the implementation of appropriate customer-related measures, in coordination with the sales staff assigned to the area. You support the local sales leaders in the acquisition of new customers in the direct vicinity of the inspection centre and support the alignment of trade fairs, exhibitions and events in the area. You observe developments in the market and competition and respond accordingly.

Qualification as a test engineer or aaSoP At least three years of relevant professional experience in the mobile service or at a test site Ideally first experience in employee management Basic business knowledge Strong communication skills and enforcing and conflict resolution Self-responsible operation and high commitment Embossed customer and service orientation Very good acquisition capability
