Support, administration and further development of the Microsoft-365 environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID and Azure) and other IT systems used Management and Optimization of Hybrid IT Infrastructure (On-Premise and Cloud) Implementation and monitoring of security and compliance policies (M365 Security and Compliance Center) 1st and 2nd level support for Microsoft 365 and adjacent IT systems Cooperation in different IT projects and documentation of all Automation of processes (e.g. with n8n, PowerAutomate, PowerApps) Documentation of IT systems Cooperation with other IT teams to escalate and solve complex problems Support for the incorporation of new employees (supervising department)

Completed training/study in the field of IT (e.g. specialist in system integration, etc.) Multiannual experience in Microsoft 365 administration Funded knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and Intune as well as PowerShell Experience with Zammad, Cisco, n8n, I-Doit, Network Technologies and VPN Embossed customer orientation and proactive, solution-oriented operation Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment readiness to use and a positive, flexible attitude High loadability and strong customer and service understanding Good contact and team skills Organizational and reliable Good communication and conflictability (in German, and English is an advantage) Self-employment, self-initiative and flexibility driving licence class B
