Adviser – As a trainer, advise and advise our guests in the selection of the offers. Multitalent - Yoga and Pilates are part of your program as well as strength and endurance training Coach You give personal training and create individual training plans Teamcoach - You accompany and guide outdoor activities such as volleyball, football, maybe also tennis or our Waldolympiade Experte - You conduct sauna refreshments and create new sauna rituals. Your training – Complete vocational training in the wellness, massage or cosmetics sector. Your professional experience – at least 5 years in a comparable position and in the internationally elevated hotel industry as well as in comparable wellness resorts. Experience abroad is beneficial. Leadership skills – Your empathic leadership is a leading force. Management Position – You have a clear vision and strategy for your area. Assessment & Motivation – Your enthusiasm is transferred to your employees. Create your heart topics – wellness and exceptional guest experiences.
