the design, preparation, maintenance and further development of process descriptions, work and process instructions as well as associated templates, checklists and documentation in close cooperation with the specialist departments, the design, structuring and continuous development of a company-wide quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, the technical support of the introduction, implementation and further development of ISO-9001 requirements in the operational daily business; the preparation, organisation and implementation of internal audits and the monitoring of external certification and monitoring audits; the analysis, evaluation and optimization of existing processes with the aim of quality assurance and efficiency enhancement, the participation in digitalization and the establishment and roll-out of a company-wide QM-specific software, the creation of quality-relevant evaluations, key figures and reports for management, training, awareness-raising and professional support of employees on QM-relevant topics and processes, and the participation in the continuous improvement of quality management and living quality culture in the company.
