Head of your post in the à la carte business and at events

Pre- and preparation of our dishes and active cooking in the à-la-carte business

Ensuring our quality standards in responsibility under the leadership of chef HACCP

Creative cooperation in the further development of our dishes – your ideas are explicitly desired

Careful processing and proper storage of high-quality food

Maintenance and cleaning of your work area and equipment

Completed training as cook/cook

Multiannual professional experience in the upscale gastronomy

Self-employed, clean and detailed work

Knowledge of kitchen processes and processes
