We keep the back of savings banks in real estate, cash supply, general administrative tasks and financial accounting as a service provider, so that You can strengthen the relationship with your clientele. In these areas, by the way, our 350 employees have not done anything for more than 20 years. We are the No. 1. From 01.06.2026 we are looking for a location manager / a location manager (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours per week) for our location in Wuppertal.

You are responsible for managing and developing the site. In doing so, you opt for internal structures and processes and ensure efficient cost and quality management. You control the processes of Sparkasse in the topics Post, Transporte and Facility Management and the associated service providers. As a central contact person, you are in regular exchange with our customers and external service providers. You take the lead, motivation and development of about 15 employees. As part of the commercial management, you take over the sales and cost planning, the preparation of invoices and offers, as well as the preparation of forecasts.

You bring a completed commercial training, as well as the ability to lead and further develop a location and its employees. A noticeable service and service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working are of course for you. In daily business, you convince by your professional appearance and good rhetorical skills. You are open to new, solution-oriented and have a pronounced hand-on mentality. You can control the current MS Office programs safely.
