• in the field of job evaluation Implementation of job evaluations by an established system Classification of functions in grade bands or tariff groups based on requirements profiles, responsibility, complexity etc. Creation and maintenance of job profiles and function descriptions Cooperation with executives to analyze and clarify roles Consultation in the grouping of new or changed jobs Documentation and maintenance of job evaluation results in the HR system Workday
• in the area of remuneration Care and further development of the remuneration structure: market-based, variable components, additional services Participation in grade benchmarks and evaluation of external remuneration studies (e.g. Willis Towers Watson) Preparation and monitoring of salary rounds (e.g. performance or market adjustments) Advising HR Business Partners: Women and Executives in Wages Decisions Participation in designing target agreements or bonus models Implementation and control of pay transparency requirements Participation in personnel planning, reporting, controlling Participation in various compensation projects

A completed study, ideally in the field of business, human resources or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in HR Very good knowledge of one or more job assessment procedures Experience in compensation analyses and work with benchmark data Know-how in labour law questions on remuneration Safe handling of HR systems (ideally Workday and WTW Global Grading) and Excel Embossed Analytical Thinking Power and Structured Operation
