Ensure reliable operation of complex system environments You process tickets professionally and on time as part of the agreed SLAs Take care of customer requests, analyze troubles and solve them in 1st & 2nd Level Support You carry out software maintenance, patch management and remote analysis through our incident and change management You monitor and manage the system environment and actively contribute to optimizing our IT processes
A completed training, e.g. as a specialist computer system integration, system electronics, technical assistant for computer science - or equivalent professional experience in IT customer support Basic knowledge of networks, servers and operating systems, ideally in heterogeneous IT infrastructures Experience in IT support and handling ticket systems is a plus Professional knowledge of routing & switching would be desirable Basic knowledge of how to handle and design AI solutions in the Service Desk Experience in handling the technical implementation of process automation is desirable An ITIL certification completes your profile – but is not a must Flexibility in working hours (Monday–Saturday, 06:00–20:00) Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are a bonus Beginners and professional beginners are welcome!
