Head of the field of energy management, investive measures with currently 2 employees, coordination of tasks and optimization of the underlying processes Planning, construction management and quality assurance of energy recovery measures over all HOAI performance phases in particularly responsible and difficult cases Preparation and monitoring of the practical implementation of new laws, regulations and directives Controlling the development and updating of quality standards Implementation of tenders and award procedures

completed scientific university studies (Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment or comparable technical engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) many years of professional experience in planning, renovation and operation of non-residential buildings sound knowledge of building physics, heating, ventilation, sanitary & electrical engineering independent operation and a high level of communication and team capacity comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations Experience in the management of employees desirable Gender competence and intercultural competence
