The Stöcken site has over 80 years of history in tire and mechanical engineering as well as tire development and is the hub of numerous central functions such as tyres F&E, central manufacturing and quality management and other areas. The site with around 3,300 employees has steadily evolved and has become a modern industrial park from an originally pure production site. Accordingly, on the more than 500,000 m2 site site, the well over 50 buildings must be continuously developed, whether through maintenance, re- or new construction measures.

In this exciting environment, we now offer the position of the project engineer Bau (m/w/divers) for the construction measures at the site to strengthen our local construction team consisting of engineers and architects (m/w/divers). Project management and control for refurbishment, modernization, reconstruction and extension measures as well as new buildings, taking into account legal and structural requirements Coordination of site projects from pre-construction planning, construction processing and commissioning to transfer to the operators Communication organ between authorities, architects, general contractors and craftsmen Participation / control of design, approval and execution planning for cost reduction and compliance with legal requirements, and implementation of risk and chance assessment Creation and testing of tender documents incl. Accompanying the award Examination of invoices, supplements incl. Decrease of the construction project Responsibility for costs, dates, quality, using the Continental project management Leadership of the project team

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualifications and experience Multiannual professional experience ideally in project management, planning or construction management Knowledge of HOAI and VOB will bring you with you, and you will also know yourself in building laws, regulations and guidelines, such as IndBauRL or the NBauO They are independent, structured and precise, possess organizational talent and are happy to work in the team You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good PC knowledge – MS Office, MS Project, MS Teams, AutoCAD as well as construction and CAFM software complete your profile The applications of disabled people are welcome.
