Plant operator production (m/f/d)

· Operating various systems in one production area · Operation of plants according to optimal and economic aspects · Working with changeover in type · Detection of process errors and introduction of measures to eliminate them · Implementation of first-piece tests according to Control Plan · Implementation of regular quality studies, self-control of quality parameters and introduction of corrective measures · Detection of plant disorders, independent implementation of small-scale repairs following the provision and introduction of measures to eliminate them with the help of maintenance · Working with rework if necessary · Documentation of process data and deviations · Machine cleaning and maintenance lt. Plan · Compliance with process and production instructions

Required qualification: · Learning on the basis of internal training plan, new employees receive a personal mentor · Standing for further education Other requirements: · Independent, motivated, problem-oriented work and team skills · High commitment and environmental awareness and self-discipline in compliance with our safety and health standards · 3-layer work in continuous layer operation
