IT consultants in the public sector - Business Intelligence (BI) and migration of billing software (m/f/d)

You take over the coordination of IT requirements for KVBW's digitization projects. Analysing and structuring requirements from the fields of expertise, assessing and prioritizing them from a technical and economic point of view, and transferring them together with internal and external partners into future-oriented software solutions. As a central interface between specialist areas, IT (including our software development), service providers and other stakeholders, you provide clear communication and guide or accompany projects holisticly - from conception to introduction. Depending on the focus, you additionally perform tasks in one of the following areas: Business Intelligence (BI): You develop and implement BI solutions for data-based decision support, analyze data and reporting requirements and work together with the departments on a sustainable BI and reporting strategy. Migration billing software ''openKV'': You participate in the migration and further development of our self-developed accounting software, accompany the technical and technical transformation of existing processes and coordinates requirements, tests and decreases in the migration context.

Qualification: You have a completed academic degree (master or comparable) of (economic) informatics, economics, business administration, or equivalent qualification. Experience & know-how: You ideally bring multi-year experience in IT requirements and customer management as well as in project management. You have experience with agile methods such as Scrum and know you with software development, transformation and optimization projects. Topics such as digitalization, automation, business intelligence, data and software migration are of particular interest and motivate you to actively participate in the further development of modern IT solutions. Personality & working methods: You are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and are sure to participate in exchange with different stakeholders. You work structured, analytic and solution-oriented, and you understand that complex facts can be presented in a comprehensible manner and clearly prioritize requirements. You always keep an overview, work independently, take responsibility and have the power to actively shape digitization issues.
