Your tasks at a glance: Reporting & Analyses: You prepare sell-out numbers, create standard and ad hoc reports, maintain the BW system and continuously develop the reporting system. Documents, Conditions & Data Quality: You create and send customer documents, support price adjustments and contracts, analyze data and actively contribute to improving data quality. Implementations, bonuses & invitations: As an interface between customers as well as internal and external services, you support new customer implementations, monitor end customer bonuses and support in tenders. Support field service & customer projects: You support the field service in the production and service of new customers, prepare customer-relevant documents and cooperate with customer projects, meetings and trade fairs and events.

This brings you – organization meets analysis Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in the sales service or in a comparable interface function Analytical skills and a structured, careful working Communication strength and pronounced service orientation Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP and BW knowledge of advantage Team spirit, initiative and a high degree of reliability
