Central contact for existing customers Contract and budget management of solar power plants Tracking of internal KPI ́s on the technical and commercial performance of the plants Coordination with internal specialist departments and external service providers Regular coordination of reports on the performance of power plants with customers Offers for service contracts and additional service services Support in the creation of new contracts in cooperation with legal department and sales (e.g. repowering concepts) Complaint processing and support for internal quality assurance

completed commercial or technical training with corresponding further training to the technical specialist, or comparable qualification Must Have: communicative personality and a great affinity for renewable energies and energy markets Nice to Have: Experience in the areas of asset and/or (key) account management, ideally experiences in the support of energy production plants Good knowledge of contract and basic knowledge of project management Very good knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English Your skills: complex thinking, reliability, good technical and commercial understanding as well as a pronounced customer service Readiness to travel in Europe approx. 5%
