You have a completed study of social work (B.A./M.A.) or a comparable educational qualification. You bring a professional experience in school social work, child and youth assistance or a comparable field of work. You have first experience in the technical guidance, coordination or leadership of a team. You work together with students, families, school management, teachers and cooperation partners in an esteeming, communication-intensive and solution-oriented manner. You work independently, take responsibility for your location and actively introduce new ideas.

You take over the technical and organizational management of the site and promote an appreciation of the team. You create the service and deployment planning and ensure reliable personnel deployment. You design and coordinate cooperation with the school management and other cooperation partners. You are responsible for the interface between school social work and school and ensure regular professional exchange. You accompany team processes, promote a positive team development and support your employees in their professional work.
