Support for the department in all legal matters Comprehensive legal advice and support of assigned group units and construction sites in Germany Examination of contracts and agreements and accompanying contract negotiations Assistance (partial) judicial and extrajudicial proceedings Implementation of training measures in the assigned group units

lawyer/legal attorney or full lawyer*in Insufficient professional experience with a focus on private building and architect law Interest in legal issues in real estate and procurement law Safe handling of current MS Office applications Technical understanding and interest in complex construction projects Structured, target-oriented, pragmatic and self-responsive operation Enforcement, consulting and decision-making skills and team skills German and English skills
