At your work, focus on the implementation of the sales and business goals. In doing so, you are responsible for the sales, earnings and budget of your company The orientation of the leadership of your employees is targeted and result-oriented You work closely and cooperatively with the other areas of operation, administration and management You will have an intensive look at the market and competition situation in your market responsibility area and take over the planning and implementation of strategies for exploiting the potential locations in this area The continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales department including Optimization and implementation of relevant processes

You have a completed commercial training with minimum. 2 years of experience as sales manager/ team leader in the distribution of vehicles You have a certification as sales manager (m/w/d). Alternatively, you have proven experience as a manager, ideally as a sales manager, etc. An at least 5-year professional experience in the distribution of a Volkwagen AG brand is advantageous Your reliability and fast conception, as well as your high level of customer and service orientation are characterized by Self-responsible and independent work is of course for you.
