Technical coordination of the shift team in personnel, technical and safety aspects (3-shift operation) Control and monitoring of the production process Ensuring the execution of work orders according to process instruction Active control and optimization of production targets: output quantity, schedule, quality and efficiency optional Implementation and safeguarding of production-relevant guidelines and occupational safety issues Shift documentation and reporting to supervisors setting and monitoring of the specified machine parameters Monitoring and implementation of maintenance and cleaning activities

A successfully completed professional and technical vocational training, e.g. plastics and rubber technology, industrial mechanic, A completed training on the technician/in, master/in is advantageous. At least 5 years of professional experience in the manufacturing/production environment with first leadership experience Knowledge of production, process, quality and safety management in the field of plastics processing Knowledge of Work Protection, Project Management and Lean Management, 5S Expertise in handling production indicators and steering approaches to achieving production targets High self-initiative, self-responsibility and entrepreneurial work, organisational and enforcement capacity Very good German knowledge and solid English skills desirable Secure and routined application of MS Office, ERP systems desirable Car lift license as well as the ability and readiness for forklift guide
