We are Ritter Solartechnik – a family company in the middle class. For over 35 years, we have been developing and manufacturing innovative solar thermal solutions in Baden-Württemberg.

With our brand Ritter XL Solar we set standards in the high-performance solar thermal system “Made in Germany”. Our projects are in the MW field and are an integral part of complex energy and heat networks in municipal heat supply.

A completed technical or craft training, e.g. as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, plumber, locksmith, fitter, metal maker, electrician or industrial electrician – or a comparable qualification 1 to 3 years of practical experience, ideally around buildings, facilities or home technology – you know how to detect and solve problems quickly Craftsmanship belongs to you: Whether small repair or fast solution in everyday life – you know what to do and grab Your all-rounder view helps you in everyday life: you can see where action is needed and find quick, practical solutions Joy in a varied field of tasks where no day is just like the other Team spirit and willingness to find solutions together with colleagues A strong sense of responsibility for technology, buildings and people who work with it daily Your claim is clear: everything is running – reliably.
