EY-Parthenon Working Student Exams in Insolvency Proceedings - Financial Restructuring (f/m/d)

Our Insolvency Audit team is based in Stuttgart and operates on behalf of insolvency administrators, creditor committees and insolvency courts. You support the team to review, among other things, the insolvency accounting of companies that are in insolvency proceedings using innovative technologies. Here you can take various tasks with a steep learning curve: Support for complex audit activities in insolvency proceedings Compilation of expert opinions on insolvency issues Processing of data and plausibility checks Documentation activities, database maintenance and research on legal issues Participation in the management of projects

This position is from 1. January 2026 for at least one year.

Bachelor's degree (at least 3rd semester) or Master's degree in Economics or Law or a similar subject - preferably with a focus on corporate restructuring and/or insolvency management High numerical affinity, analytical thinking and precise operation Very good communication skills in German (min. C2) and safe handling of common IT applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
