Advance Quality Planner (m/f/d)

Design quality from the start

Do you want to check quality not only, but to actively shape it from the start? In this role you take responsibility along the entire product development process and ensure that our products meet the highest quality requirements - from idea to series.

In order to strengthen our team quality at the Lünen site, we are looking for

(unlimited, 35 hours)

These are your tasks:

You are responsible for the quality planning along the entire product production process for self-made and purchased parts You design quality requirements in the specifications and actively contribute to the definition of test dimensions You moderate FMEA processes and drive preventive quality measures You analyze quality deviations (mechanically & electrically) and derive sustainable improvements You plan test equipment as well as test concepts for series and series and create corresponding test plans You accompany pre-series, initial samples and series You control the quality agreement with suppliers and develop quality assurance agreements You accompany audits and continuously develop the quality management system You work closely with development, production and purchasing

This is your profile:

Technicians:in or completed studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) Multiannual experience in quality management or quality planning Knowledge of methods such as FMEA, Control Plan, MSA Serh good technical understanding for mechanical and electronic production processes Experience in handling SAP and KPI-based evaluations Experience in cooperation with suppliers Communication strength and enforcement capacity Structured, solution-oriented operation Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation Good knowledge of English Readiness to travel (approximately 25% within Germany)
