For our educational opportunities we are looking for the support of our participants who accompany our participants in the course of training. In addition, you can implement individual professional coachings if necessary.

Your mission

• They support people in the digital classroom as well as on-site training formats as well as training and/or job search
• They identify potentials and accompany our customers:in coachings, they are developing professional perspectives
• They identify barriers to mediation and support their reduction or elimination
• They support job seekers in taking up employment and help stabilise employment

Administrative tasks

• documentation of the measures carried out
• Database management and administrative activities

What you do

• Successfully completed qualification in the educational field (e.g. pedagogical specialist or the like)
• Qualification in coaching
• Professional experience in adult education
• Ideally already experience in AZAV
• knowledge of current access routes to the labour market (open/covered)
• Very good communication skills in word and writing as well as a friendly, sovereign appearance
• cordiality and joy in dealing with people and empathy in the conversation
• Self-employed working, rapid opinion, high reliability and strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in dealing with MS-Office and common operating software / Internet
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with online media and digital communication (video telephony, web training, chats etc.)
