You serve and advise private supporters: in proactive to large donations, sponsorships, SOS foundation products, non-profit inheritance and provide them with relevant information You maintain and develop personal relationships with private supporters:inside by telephone calls, visits and events In support of supporters: you follow efficient standards and routines and at the same time have a good feeling in which situations an intensification of care is targeted As part of your target group responsibility, you will support both groups of supporters:inside and 1:1 contacts Together with the team, you develop event concepts, take over the planning, organization and moderation of events on site and digital You support the development and implementation of strategies, concepts and measures to address and link supporters:inside for defined (sub) target groups You are responsible for maintaining contacts in the CRM database You work closely in exchange with the thematically related neighboring departments and operate a proactive interface management to secure synergies
